Fall has arrived bringing with it prime mushroom foraging season. Our Executive Chef, Brendan Robson has created some special dishes to showcase the best of this season's bounty.
These dishes will be featured at a Chefs Table Dinner taking place in Tofino, BC at Long Beach Lodge Resort on Friday, October 7th. Chef Brendan has joined forces with Executive Chef Ian Riddick to present a celebration of West Coast Food and locally foraged mushrooms. For more information please click here.
