Housed in a mountaintop chalet with windows overlooking the city lights of Vancouver, enjoy a dining experience at new heights.

Diners can choose from 3 or 4 courses, with mountain access via the Blue Grouse Gondola or Red Skyride complimentary when making an advanced reservation.

Complementing the food will be a wine and beverage list showcasing some of the finest Okanagan vineyards and local craft brewers and distillers.

Vegan Tasting Nights will return in September 2026 following a summer hiatus.
