Housed in a mountaintop chalet with windows overlooking the city lights of Vancouver, The Observatory will reopen its doors to diners on December 2nd for the winter season serving a unique fondue menu.

 

Diners can choose from 2 or 3 courses, with mountain access via the Super Skyride complimentary when making an advanced reservation.

 

Complementing the food will be a wine and beverage list showcasing some of the finest Okanagan vineyards and local craft brewers and distillers.

Our Wine List

Our wine list complements the locally based cuisine with diverse traditional inspirations, so we are constantly reworking the list to highlight the best that British Columbia has to offer, to pay homage to the great wine regions of the new world and to introduce our guests to new and exciting areas. 

We encourage discussion and exploration, and aspire to provide you with wines that will enhance your dining experience.
