The Observatory Restaurant

A Dining Experience at New Heights

Housed in a mountaintop chalet with windows overlooking the city lights of Vancouver, The Observatory will reopen its doors to diners on December 2nd for the winter season serving a unique fondue menu.

Diners can choose from 2 or 3 courses, with mountain access via the Super Skyride complimentary when making an advanced reservation.

Complementing the food will be a wine and beverage list showcasing some of the finest Okanagan vineyards and local craft brewers and distillers.

Make this New Year's Eve an unforgettable experience by joining us at The Peak of Vancouver to welcome 2026 with an exquisite, multi-course Chef's Tasting Menu.

Indulge in seven opulent courses with wine pairings, featuring a truffle-kissed amuse-bouche, fresh seafood, rich duck, premium beef, a seasonal sorbet, and a decadent tiramisu to finish

Please reserve your spot for a 5 pm or 9 pm seating, which will allow you to view our celebratory fireworks display at 7 pm. We will be providing a complimentary champagne toast to ring in the New Year at midnight.

Wine pairings are included for $195 per person, plus taxes and gratuities. Complimentary Skyride tickets are provided for all reservations. You are welcome to enjoy our mountain activities from 4 pm onwards.
